I have recently either upgraded to Yosemite 10.10.3, or built a new fresh Yosemite 10.10.3 system (tried it on two different computers) and I am finding that Silverlight appears to be totally 100% dead. Flash (ugh!) and Java both work fine on the same systems in the same web-browsers including Safari 8.0.6.

For Silverlight basically in a web-browser nothing is ever displayed, for example the page https://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default.aspx merely stays stuck saying -
One moment, please, while the current Silverlight installation status is determined...
Normally, it would after a short delay show you what version you have installed. Other Silverlight based pages fail to show any Silverlight graphics.
